An export carries the fingerprint seed — the identity, and the thing that makes the profile the same machine on the other side — plus name, group, tags, notes, OS, Chrome version, start URLs, platform accounts, your Advanced overrides, and (as of v0.0.63) the extension list.
Three parts are choices at export time: cookies, on by default, which is what keeps you logged in; credentials, on by default; and the proxy, off by default, since a proxy usually belongs to your subscription rather than to the profile.
The receiving machine mints a new id and number — two machines must not share an id — but the seed, and therefore the fingerprint, is identical.
